Have you been interested in the different Energy Balls out there? We have!
Ferah and I love the Chai Tea Latte from Starbucks, so we decided to try these Apple Chai Energy Balls. We adjusted the recipe that we found slightly, and we hope to explore and adjust some more recipes for all these yummy energy balls!
You will need:
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1.5 cup dried apple, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
How to make ’em:
These are SUPER easy to make!
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients with a wooden spoon.
If the mixture is too dry, add more honey, if it’s too wet, add more rolled oats.
Using a tablespoon-sized cookie scoop, scoop the dough out and then roll between your palms to create ALL THE BALLS.
Store in an air tight container or gallon-size bag in the refrigerator or freezer.
